We all moan about our lives. We all would like even better lives to us and our children. It is our nature, perfectly acceptable.
But yesterday, watching a documentary about Zimbabwe's forgotten children I realise how good our lives really are.
Knowing that just 50 cents is the annual cost for a child to study there ( as reported on the documentary); and knowing the sky high number of children can not afford it; makes me disbelieve our worldwide kindness.
Robert Gabriel Karigamombe Mugabe has destroyed what used to be one of the best countries in Africa. Has destroyed it economically, politically and culturally.
People of all ages are suffering, but children will pay the highest price.
Please do something!!!
You can contact many international institutions and help in many different ways.
50 cent per week for us is absolutely nothing, but would give 52 more children attending school per each one of us.
I am Portuguese, very proud of our 1974 revolution.
I can not stop thinking what could we do, so the same would be possible in Zimbabwe. Offer a better education to those children seems to be the best way to go forward.
SO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
